We want you to love what you wear. But if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.


To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Free from any signs of wear, odour, damage, or alteration


Items showing any signs of use will be refused.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

 

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email gymhorizon0@gmail.com with:

 

  • Your full name and order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item (front, back, and tags)

 

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Returns without prior approval will not be processed.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • The item is damaged on arrival
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is defective

 

We strongly recommend tracked shipping.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked return parcels.

 

Refunds

Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.


If approved:

  • Refunds go to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

 

Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded.

In such cases, the item may be returned to you at your expense.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
  • All returned items are subject to quality control inspection
  • Returns sent without prior contact will be rejected
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time
  • Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy
